The growing need of intelligent vehicle has triggered the rise of vehicle computing applications. To empower vehicle intelligence in applications like fleet management, vehicle monitoring, and mobile surveillance recording, Lanner presents the compact, fanless vehicle system LVC-2001. The system features power-efficient CPU, rich I/O functionality and environmental endurance, making it highly applicable in mobile vehicle setting.

LVC-2001 features the new generation SoC (System-on-Chip) Intel? Bay Trail Atom? E3845 CPU. This processor consumes low volume of power and delivers the required performance for vehicle computing needs.

LVC-2001 also offers expandable functionality. It boasts an abundance of I/O peripheral connectivity including 2 serial COM ports, 2 video output by HDMI and VGA, USB and Digital I/O ports, 2 RJ-45 LAN ports and SATA/mSATA storage options. To achieve wireless network connectivity, LVC-2001 offers 3 mini-PCIe sockets with 4 SIM card readers supporting 3G/4G/LTE cellular communications. In addition, the compact system comes with an option of CAN bus for concerns of driving behavior analysis.

Since vehicles are usually on the move, non-flat road surfaces may be frequently encountered. By taking this into considerations, LVC-2001 passes MIL-STD-810G shock and vibration resistance certifications to ensure proper operations when traveling on non-flat surfaces. Temperature is another concern when installed within a vehicle interior. Therefore, LVC-2001 is built to support wide temperature range, from -20 to 60°C.
