Verint to Relist on NASDAQ Stock Exchange

Verint Systems announced the NASDAQ Stock Market has approved its application for the relisting of its common stock on The NASDAQ Global Market. Verint’s common stock is expected to resume trading on the NASDAQ when the market opens on July 6, under the symbol "VRNT."
