Safeguard Security, a provider of corporate, industrial and residential security solutions, announced that its subsidiary, Secure Concepts International, has been awarded an additional consulting contract with the City of Dallas for additional work on the design and construction management for the Fire and Security system currently under installation at the Dallas Heritage Village, a historic park within the city.

"We are thrilled to be a part of this long running project for Dallas Heritage Village. The design approach for the system utilizes a wireless technology that allows an extensive fire and security system to be installed within a historic site with the least amount of disruption to the daily activity of visitors and patrons attending the park. There are many historic buildings within the thirteen-acre site and the museum's council wanted to insure minimal disruption to its daily operation. The system combines local and remote monitoring, as well as computerized local monitoring of the site," said Max Cook, Safeguard VP of Engineering. "The project is now in the final testing, training and documentation phase."
