OmniVision Announces Resignation of COO

OmniVision Technologies, a developer of digital imaging solutions, announced Xinping (James) He resigned from his position as COO of the company and from the company's board of directors, effective Jan. 31, 2010. He has decided to resign in order to pursue other interests.
