Amthal launches Dahua AirShield Wireless Security System

Amthal Group Companies has launched AirShield, a wireless intruder alarm system developed by Dahua Technology, expanding its portfolio of professionally installed security solutions for residential properties.
 
The introduction of AirShield reflects increasing demand for security systems that combine professional-grade reliability with latest connectivity technology and remote monitoring, without requiring subscription models for core functionality.
 
The system integrates intruder detection, video verification and intercom functionality within a single platform, managed through Dahua’s DMSS mobile application.

AirShield enables users to visually verify alarms in near real time, manage arming and disarming remotely, and receive event notifications through a unified interface. The system is designed to bring together alarm sensors, cameras and access devices into a single ecosystem, reducing complexity for homeowners while maintaining professional installation and support standards.
 
Using Dahua’s wireless protocol, AirShield incorporates encryption and frequency hopping to support secure and stable communication between the hub and connected devices. Zone-based arming allows different areas of a property to be secured independently, supporting a range of residential and mixed-use scenarios.
Visual verification is supported by PIR camera sensors to provide image snapshots alongside alarm notifications, assisting users and Amthal’s dedicated remote monitoring partner, EMCS in distinguishing genuine incidents from false alarms.
