Chubbsafes innovates for high-end homeowners with Tianjin Hongxuan

Tianjin Hongxuan has enhanced its partnership with Chubbsafes to incorporate latest safe storage innovations and deliver bespoke solutions to high-end residential customers in Tianjin.
 
As part of the Gunnebo Safe Storage family, by combining premium Chubbsafes products with a tailored, service-led approach, Tianjin Hongxuan has focused on offering not just physical protection, but also trust, convenience, and long-term customer relationships.
 
Founded by Mr. Yang Guangwei and Mrs. Yang Lin Xu, Tianjin Hongxuan originally specialised in smart home and high-end audio systems. Their clients were accustomed to quality and personalised service - an expectation that carried naturally into their new focus on home security.
 
“Many of our customers had already experienced some form of loss—either from theft, fire, or simply not having a secure place to store their valuables,” said Mr. Yang. “We saw Chubbsafes as a solution that not only offered certified protection but also fit into the lifestyle and expectations of the people we were already serving.”
 

Expanding the partnership

Within the same year, Hongxuan became the official distributor for the Tianjin region and northern underwriting agent for Chubbsafes. The business has expanded to include three retail locations across the city, each offering hands-on access to a wide range of certified safes tailored to domestic use.
 
For one recent customer, the purchase of a Duoguard 450 safe—designed to store an extensive collection of luxury watches and jewellery—was a decision made without visiting a store. The Hongxuan team conducted the entire consultation at the client’s home, bringing product samples and detailed advice on site.

The Duoguard series offers burglary resistance in line with EN 1143-1 certification, with options for fire protection. Its reinforced cabinet structure, high-security locks, and weight make it especially effective for homeowners concerned with forced entry and theft.
