Videonetics appoints Naresh B. Wadhwa as Vice Chairman and MD

Naresh, a seasoned leader in the ICT industry with over three decades of experience, is renowned for his visionary leadership and consistent delivery of operational excellence. He has a proven history of driving business growth and fostering innovation. As the former President of the Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) region at Arista Networks, Naresh played a pivotal role in scaling operations and enabling digital transformation for customers. Prior to that, during his tenure as President and Country Manager at Cisco Systems India and South Asia, he led key market transitions, built robust partnerships, and contributed significantly to advancing local technology development.
 
Recognized among India’s most influential technology leaders, Naresh is known for his strategic vision, team-building expertise, and commitment to leveraging technology to solve complex business challenges.
 
An electronics engineering graduate from the University of Mumbai, Naresh resides in Mumbai with his family. He is an avid collector of contemporary Indian art and enjoys food, theatre, and cinema in his free time.
