Evolution, the bidirectional wireless system entirely made in Italy

This year, the Italian Tecnoalarm company, a leader in the security sector, entered the market with the new EV 4-24 4G control panel of the series EVOLUTION, a new generation wireless burglar alarm system, entirely made in Italy, the best choice for the protection of property and life.

The products of the new series are characterized by the modern and elegant designs of Pininfarina, one of the world’s most prestigious brands of industrial design and a long-term partner of Tecnoalarm.

Its innovative features make Evolution the most advanced system in its category. The EV 4-24 4G control panel uses the new bidirectional multi-channel EV@BWL protocol that combines a high level of device monitoring with an effective management of energy consumption. The RSC (Remote Sensitivity Control) technology allows for the management of all system parameters, remote programming, management and control. The TCS (Tecnoalarm Connect Service) automatically establishes the communication between the control panel, the app and the software via IP or 3GPP.

The system also implements Video Verification, a function that permits the photo-based alarm verification thanks to the integration of detectors with cameras. In the event of an alarm, the detectors take pictures, the resolution of which can be set to standard, medium-high or high.

The control panel is equipped with two communication devices using the IP and GSM 4G (LTE) formats for the notifications and permitting the connection to FTTC and FTTH fiber optics as well as DSL lines. Evolution stands out for its comprehensive range of available communication protocols: voice messages, SMS, push notifications, e-mails and event notifications that are sent in digital form to Alarm Monitoring Centers (CMS).

Through the new app, Tecnoalarm introduces the concept of smart home, dedicating new features to the user for managing the system remotely in a simple and intuitive way. The app can be downloaded for free on all app stores, all events can be sent via push notification directly to the user’s mobile phone.

In addition, the new integration with Amazon’s virtual assistant Alexa offers the user the chance to control his security system by voice and perform some actions, such as arming/disarming the system or verifying active and stored alarms.
