Honeywell, Xinhu Zhongbao seal aggrements, enhancing smart home and security solution for China real estate

Honeywell announced that Honeywell has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Xinhu Zhongbao Company Ltd., a leading property developer subsidiary of Xinhu Group in Hangzhou. The MOU was signed by Mr. Ron Rothman, President of Honeywell Security Group, with hou Chengdan, VP of Xinhu Zhongbao Company Ltd.

The non-binding MOU paves the way for closer strategic cooperation and mutual business expansion by applying Honeywell Security Group’s industry-leading home automation control solutions in a larger scope and with more geographic coverage for Xinhu’s real estate developments. It will accelerate the adoption of Honeywell’s smart home as well as safety and security products and solutions in high-end projects undertaken by Xinhu Zhongbao Company Ltd. Honeywell Security Group, along with its authorized distributer Hangzhou Shuzhi Technology Co,. Ltd. will constitute a team including staff proficient in technical support, R&D and marketing to support Xinhu in its real estimate development.

Xinhu’s latest property development “Wulin International” located in Hangzhou International Business Area is an intelligent high-end residential community consisting of 435 apartments in 4 buildings. Honeywell provides IS-6500 IP Video Door Phone to “Wulin International”, matching with the project’s design concept of being “Luxury and Elegant”.
