JUMP XL, a multi site trampoline center with locations all over Europe, has secured their first location with the Eagle Eye Cloud Security Camera VMS. Thanks to cloud-based video surveillance, JUMP XL is able to offer a safe and secure indoor sporting experience for its customers, while also providing security of its assets.

“At JUMP XL safety is of the highest priority and we need to look out for our customers. Supervision is done by the highly trained Jump XL team and camera support is needed to have eyes everywhere. With the cloud based video management software of Eagle Eye Networks, we are able to both secure the safety of our ‘jumpers’ and have a security system in place to secure our assets outside of operating hours,” says Walid Amir, Park Manager of JUMP XL Waalwijk.

Eyes everywhere

Walid Amir continues: “The jumpers must obviously abide by the rules and follow the safety instructions of our supervisors properly. Nevertheless, we cannot eliminate all the risks; there is indeed always a risk of injury in sports and games. In the event that something happens, our staff needs to know directly. That’s where the cameras come in: we’ve got cameras at all jumping areas, so staff can see what’s happening - or what happened - even if they’re not in that exact corner at the moment. All from their mobile phone.”

Filtering irrelevant information

By setting the right motion detection alerts, combined with user management, JUMP XL is able to filter irrelevant information to make sure notifications only go out to the staff that’s currently on duty. “Because we can set user access and permissions, we can ensure that the right people have the right information at the right time,” Walid Amir mentions.

Trial location

“We have locations in the Netherlands, Germany and France, and we’re constantly expanding. The Eagle Eye Cloud Security Camera VMS is currently installed in one location as a trial and it’s proven very successful. We’re looking at expanding the Eagle Eye Cloud VMS to all new locations, to make sure we secure them and protect the safety of all our customers.”
