Zendesk is a global customer service software company that helps companies improve customer relationships through higher customer engagement that is based in San Francisco, California.

The corporate headquarter office was initially equipped with a surveillance system that was susceptible to cyber attacks because it contained open ports to the Internet. Zendesk was looking for a solution that would keep their sensitive corporate information secure. Their research led them to Eagle Eye Networks due to its ‘Camera Cyber Lockdown’ feature that ensures cyber security for the entire system. Now, Zendesk has their corporate headquarters secured the Eagle Eye Bridges 301 and 303 to support 23 Axis and Hikvision IP cameras.
