Keytracker access control secures All About Cars

Accident repair centre All About Cars were having issues with key customers unable to collect vehicles outside of the repair center opening times.

They identified the issue when it became apparent that more and more customers were unable to collect vehicles during the week days and preferably wanted to collect before or at the end of the working day.
 

Solution

Local business Keytracker discussed the key management issues that the repair centre were facing and advised the use of a simplistic‘Out-of-hours Key Collection Box’ for allowing customers to access their vehicle keys without having to meet someone at the site.

Using an access code made available to the customer All About Cars are now able to offer an ‘any time collection’ facility.

With the new system now in place for several months, All About Cars has seen the benefits of offering better flexibility to their customers, the freedom to work within opening hours and know that customers can collect their vehicles at their own leisure, ensuring that they have their vehicle back at their earliest convenience.
