SyferLock Technology announced a new technology integration with CyberArk to enforce secured and centralized authentication to resources throughout the organization without the need for hardware tokens or mobile device dependency as required for SMS-based solutions.
Integrating SyferLock’s GridGuard two-factor and multi-factor authentication solutions with the CyberArk Privileged Account Security Solution provides enhanced access control to the CyberArk solution, helping to ensure that only authorized privileged users are granted access to their accounts. The joint solution simplifies strong authentication implementation while enforcing strong authentication requirements.
“We are pleased that SyferLock’s software-based authentication solutions have been certified as interoperable with the CyberArk solution,” stated Chris Cardell, CEO of SyferLock. “SyferLock now provides users of CyberArk with a device-less, cost-effective alternative for two-factor and multi-factor authentication. SyferLock’s user friendly authentication solutions are easy to deploy with CyberArk,” added Cardell.
SyferLock’s GridGuard delivers two-factor and multi-factor authentication utilizing patented software-based grids to convert static passwords/PINs into secure one-time passwords or PINs (“OTPs”). SyferLock’s flexible, adaptable solutions enable enterprises to cost-effectively address strong authentication across a range of use cases and with a range of platforms.
SyferLock also announced today that it is a new member of the C3 Alliance, CyberArk’s global technology partner program that brings together enterprise software, IT security and service providers to build on the power of privileged account security to better protect customers from cyber threats.
