Assa Abloy acquires Trojan Holdings in U.K.

Assa Abloy has acquired Trojan Holdings, a leading supplier of door and window hardware in the U.K.

Trojan was established in 1993, it is headquartered in Walsall, West Midlands and has 65 employees.

Sales for 2016 are expected to reach nearly US$ 24.3 million (GBP 20 million) and the acquisition will be accretive to EPS from the start.
