Avigilon, provider of trusted security solutions, announced that its video surveillance cameras, network video recorders, and video management software helped protect the 2016 Summer Olympic Games held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (the "Rio 2016 Olympics").

Among other things, Avigilon's advanced video surveillance solutions enabled security personnel to view activity within large crowds and provide video evidence and information in real time.
