Indian market strong, but finding skilled labor still a challenge

The Indian security market is seeing strong growth, but for systems integrators, finding employees with the right skills is still a challenge. 

According to M R Krishnan, Executive Director of Adtech Systems,their company invests in acquiring engineering graduates and training them in the security business. 

“Many of the engineering graduates these days are focused more on the IT segment,” he said.
“We take them in and train them well to understand the latest technology in the market, make them understand our portfolio of products and teach them how to implement those products.”

Speaking on the market demand, Krishnan added that the smart home segment, with its increasingly affordable products is gaining popularity in the country.
