Genie launches SolarGuard RD solar-powered mobile video surveillance trailer v1.2

The Solarguard RD is a wireless video surveillance solution designed for mobile deployment where mains power or fixed wired communication are not available. The system operates on self-generated solar power using the attached PV panels on the trailer making it the most cost-effective and environmentally friendly solution on the market.

The system can accommodate a choice of cameras on a user friendly hydraulic mast that can be extended up to 6 meters. The trailer offers both local recording as well as 3G/4G remote connectivity (optional), whereby control rooms can remotely access footage from miles away if a movement alarm is triggered.
