Tatarsky comes to RetailNext most recently from Nielsen, where she served as west coast lead for Nielsen's corporate development activities, with a specific focus on driving digital innovation to help clients better understand their end customers. Prior to Nielsen, Tatarsky launched her career on Wall Street as an equity research analyst following retail companies, moving into venture and angel financing, and eventually leading investment screening and process at Golden Seeds.

"We are thrilled to welcome Kindra into RetailNext's world-class team of retailers, engineers, and software professionals," said Alexei Agratchev, Co-founder and CEO of RetailNext. "Kindra's proven skill set in research and financial acumen and her understanding of how technology is dramatically changing the retail industry will be instrumental as RetailNext continues its explosive global growth as the standard for in-store retail analytics."

"As the pioneer in bringing innovation to the dynamic and rapidly changing in-store retail analytics space, RetailNext enjoys a competitive advantage in funding, technology and market penetration," said Tatarsky. "I'm excited to join the team, and I look forward to leveraging RetailNext's global leadership position to aggressively drive expansion for the company as it delivers the best value proposition to its customers and their shoppers."

On the heels of its recent announcement of securing US$125 million in growth funding, RetailNext's hardware-agnostic software platform is now deployed in over 200 retailing brands worldwide in over 50 countries. With a partner ecosystem that includes Nielsen, AT&T, Cisco, and more, RetailNext is actively expanding its international presence.
