NICE Systems announced that it is partnering with leading Brazilian IT company BRQ to offer the market innovative solutions and consulting services to help companies improve customer experience and increase the efficiency of their customer facing organizations. Among the main solutions on offer, BRQ will focus on NICE's Real-Time Authentication and Real-Time Impact solutions, as well as the NICE Engage Platform.
NICE's real-time solutions allow companies to understand and address customer needs as an interaction takes place. Agents are able to provide more efficient service, increase customer retention, and act on sales opportunities. They can also authenticate legitimate callers in a matter of seconds, thereby reducing the risk of fraud and greatly reducing customer effort.
These solutions are supported by the NICE Engage Platform, the ‘all-in-one' platform that enables voice, video, and screen recording, as well as archiving and streaming in a single server.
