Katherine Analia Franco is a luxury residential building located at Sao Paulo Brazil. The building has 37 floors which covers 1,995 square meters. The real-estate developers of building decided to use a wireless home automation system on biometrics access control, lighting, blinds, air conditioning, and all the entertainments.

The products used in this project consist of 64 units of F6 and 9 units of Multibio700 access control device. The access control device is installed at the main door. When residents go home and finish the verification, the blinds will open automatically; air-condition, lights and TV will regulate at the default operation mode.

The main challenge of this project is that customers need to integrate ZK biometrics device with their wireless home automation system. ZKTeco specifically integrated Z-Wave module inside these versions of F6 and Multibio700 which can then directly communicate with the control panel and integrate with the whole system.
