Climax Home Portal Server and App Control
When connected to the Home Portal Server, users can easily access and manage all security and home automation functions provided by the ML Smart Home Alarm via smartphones or tablets.
ZigBee-Enabled Home Automation
The ML Series offers ZigBee-based home automation functions to control door locks, household appliances, lighting, and heating systems. Various energy management devices can also be incorporated to monitor household power consumption.
Home Security
ML provides 40 zones to protect your property. Reporting alarms both to the monitoring center and the user, ML adopts CID/SIA reporting over TCP/IP and visual reporting. Three selectable “home arming” modes are available.
Total Visual Monitoring Solution
Working with IP cameras and PIR cameras, users and the CMS can view real-time images and live video of protected premises via a PC or smartphone. When an alarm is triggered, visual alerts are sent immediately for alarm verification.
Two-Kilometer Communication Range
The ML Series' 2-km (1.5-mile) radio frequency (RF) range allows the alarm and its peripherals to be deployed across vast expanses, creating immense advantages for the installer to flexibly set up the alarm system on large or complicated premises.
