As competition in the global security market has increased tenfold, distributors are now looking for way to keep competitive and stand out.
Avi Bareket, CEO of Anteco Security Systems, the largest distributor in Israel noted that increased competition from Chinese companies has pushed the company to expand their product portfolio from just surveillance cameras to fire & safety products and video doorphones. In addition to expanding their product offering, Bareket came to Secutech to find exclusive, quality equipment from Taiwanese manufacturers.
Foresight Systems Technology, a Spain-based camera manufacturer and distributor, has also come to Secutech in search of new technologies. Luis Mora of Foresight Systems noted that Secutech is the perfect platform for seeing both new trends and technologies in the security industry.
First time Secutech visitor, Russell Kibria, Senior Project Manager of Express Systems, a Bangladesh-based distributor, came to the show looking for new, innovative Taiwanese products, such as CMS, matrix, and NVRs to better complete their product portfolio.
