According to the Articles of Incorporation of MOBOTIX AG the Dr. Ralf Hinkel Holding GmbH exercised its appointment right to the Supervisory Board and appointed Dr. Ralf Hinkel member of the Supervisory Board.
On January 17, 2014, the Chairman of the Supervisory Board Prof. Dr. Rainer Gerten resigned from his office for personal reasons. The company thank him for the constructive cooperation for many years.
Thus, the Supervisory Board now consists of Ms. Sabine Hinkel, Mr. Willi Fallot-Burghardt and Dr. Ralf Hinkel.
During the instantly convened telephone meeting, Dr. Ralf Hinkel has been elected Chariman of the Supervisory Board.
