The Board of Directors of Tyco has declared a quarterly dividend of$0.16 per share, payable to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 24, 2014.
As announced, the Board of Directors approved an annual dividend increase of 13% from $0.64 to $0.72 per share, subject to shareholder approval at the annual general meeting of shareholders in March of 2014.
