Viscount Systems, a leading edge high technology supplier of security systems and software, announced that the company has signed a distributor agreement with Tri-ED Distribution to begin selling and stocking Viscount's new Liberty access control system at its 65 North American branch locations. Tri-Ed is North America's largest independent distributor of surveillance, low voltage, home automation and network infrastructure products.
“We are very excited to sign this agreement with Tri-Ed,” noted Stephen Pineau, President of Viscount. “We have been selling our legacy systems and MESH touch screens for many years through Tri-Ed on a project basis, but have now become a stocking partner with our Liberty access control solution. Liberty offers the same security and price advantages of our Freedom access control technology but is packaged and designed for smaller installations of up to twelve doors.
