Missouri-based Belgrade State Bank has recently deployed a holistic security system consisting of Diebold ATMs, DVRs, video and alarm monitoring services. Founded in 1906, Belgrade State Bank is a family-owned community bank that operates six branches in southeast Missouri and a network of 10 Diebold ATMs.

In addition to ATMs, Diebold provides the bank with a number of services, including the newly added mobile banking platform, transaction processing, cash handling, first- and second-line ATM maintenance, electronic security solutions, security monitoring and various Diebold Integrated Services.

"Being able to rely on one provider when we want to brainstorm a strategy or need support has truly streamlined our vendor management activities," said Julie Loughary, Executive VP, Belgrade State Bank. "It helps us better manage costs, improve process performance and implement newer, more efficient solutions quickly."

To enhance security for Belgrade State Bank, Diebold recently refreshed security cameras and DVRs at the bank's branches. Diebold monitors this video equipment, as well as alarms, from its Five Diamond Certified Monitoring Center. The monitoring contract includes Diebold's Health Check service, which provides automated diagnostics to ensure the bank's video equipment is operating properly.

"Belgrade State Bank's trust in Diebold to perform a wide variety of services on its behalf has greatly improved operational efficiencies for the bank and its personnel," said Mychal Kempt, VP, North America operations, Diebold. "Adding innovative services to this portfolio helps keep the bank competitive and enables Diebold to continue to deliver exceptional value to the institution."
