Ingram Micro appoints Executive VP of Finance

Ingram Micro appointed Gina Mastantuono as Executive VP of Finance. In her new role, Mastantuono is responsible for financial planning, analysis, controllership, Securities and Exchange Commission reporting, treasury and tax. She reports directly to Bill Humes, Chief Operating and Financial Officer, Ingram.

Prior to joining Ingram, Mastantuono was with NYSE-listed Revlon for six years, serving most recently as Senior VP, Chief Accounting Officer, Controller and International CFO, where she was responsible for managing all aspects of external reporting, financial planning and analysis, corporate accounting and international finance, and was a key contributor in the area of corporate finance. Before Revlon, she held various finance executive roles, including four years with InterActiveCorp, a US$6 billion, publicly traded operator of a diversified portfolio of specialized and global brands, and four years with Triarc Companies, a consumer products company with holdings that have included Snapple, RC Cola and Arby's. Her career began at Ernst & Young in New York, where she was a Manager in the Entrepreneurial Services Group. Mastantuono is a certified public accountant and has 21 years of finance experience.

Mastantuono attended the State University of New York, where she earned a bachelor's of science degree in accounting and business administration. Her extensive background in cooperate accounting, international finance, financial planning and analysis will assist Ingram's strive to drive growth and greater returns across its business lines, said Humes.
