Chicago-based Accurate Biometrics has been awarded a two year contract to perform livescan and cardscan fingerprint collection and transmission services for the California Department of Insurance. Accurate Biometrics will provide fingerprinting services at three CDI testing facilities in Los Angeles, San Francisco and Sacramento. In addition, Accurate Biometrics will provide additional fingerprint sites near the CDI sites to facilitate additional CDI licensing applicants.
This contract award comes shortly after being awarded a FBI Fingerprint Channeling Contract giving allowing Accurate Biometrics to establish a national presence in the industry of fingerprint capture for purposes of conducting criminal history background checks for agencies and individuals.
