The owner of the Pandora jewelry store at Westfield San Francisco Center, a major shopping mall in the lively Union Square section of the city, was seeking a more convenient way to monitor the activity in the store. A series of late night trips to the mall, in response to surveillance alarms reported through a security company, inspired the owner to begin researching other options. MobileCamViewer was determined as the ideal solution.
Prior to subscribing to MobileCamViewer, the owner was required to log onto his computer to monitor store cameras. Now, a smartphone with the MobileCamViewer app allows him to quickly view the store from any location, no matter the time and situation.
The owner recalls a time that he was able to monitor a suspicious customer in the store while grocery shopping. He also likes the ability to see if the staff is progressing on projects in a timely manner. This eliminates having to redo tasks, saving hours of time and money.
