Securitas Acquires French Security Service Provider ASG

Securitas acquired the commercial business contracts and assets of the security services company Assistance Sécurité Gardiennage (ASG) in France. Enterprise value is estimated to US$4 million.

ASG, a subsidiary of the French Group Assystem, has annual sales of approximately $20 million and approximately 400 employees. The company is specialized in security services to the energy sector.
