Terry Stutzman, Senior Project Manager for Americas

CNL Software appointed Terry Stutzman, PMP, to Senior Project Manager, CNL Americas. Stutzman is a certified Project Management Professional with more than 15 years of experience. He will oversee all US integration projects for CNL’s PSIM system.

Along with more than 15 years of experience in project management, Stutzman brings a strong background in the security industry to the CNL team, having previously worked for MasterCard, Pelco, Integral Technologies, Huntington National Bank and Michigan National Bank. He is PMP certified and experienced in PMBOK methodology. Stutzman received his BS from Purdue University.

His responsibilities for CNL Software include managing and facilitating all aspects of successful client/site implementation, maintaining resource plans, issuing and managing change requests as well as scheduling and providing resources for on-site support and site visits.

Rob Ledenko, VP of Sales and Marketing

IQinVision has appointed Rob Ledenko as VP of Sales and Marketing.

Ledenko brings to IQinVision a blend of security industry knowledge and a proven track record of managing and motivating global sales teams. He has more than 20 years of experience as a sales and business development leader with such firms as ICXT, Cohu, GE and Tyco/ADT Federal systems. In addition to his experience at large corporations, Ledenko has launched several highly successful start-up sales teams. Ledenko will work out of the San Juan Capistrano corporate headquarters.

Oncam Global,
Steven Donovan, VP of Sales for North America

Oncam Global, the U.S. subsidiary of Oncam Global Group, named Steven Donovan VP of Sales, responsible for North America.

Donovan joined the company with more than a decade of experience in sales of advanced imaging technology products for the security industry.

Prior to coming to Oncam, Donovan had been the Director of Business Development at Behavioral Recognition Systems, (BRS Labs), which develops behavioral analytics software.

At BRS Labs Donovan was responsible for promoting new video security technology among targeted end users, strategic value-added resellers and architectural & engineering firms. Besides helping to plan and implement sales strategies in maritime, nuclear, critical infrastructure, city surveillance and transportation sectors, he managed the OEM program and key relationships at the corporate/enterprise level with defined accounts and developed the Engineering and Consultant program.

Earlier, at Samsung Techwin America, in Carson, California, Donovan was Eastern Regional Sales Manager, and as a Sales Executive for JDS Digital Security Systems, a pioneer in the NVR software world, he managed sales channels, including IT/security/system integrators, VARs and national distributors, delivering IP video solutions.

United Technologies Corporation (UTC) has appointed William Brown as Senior VP, Corporate Strategy & Development, to provide a comprehensive and fully integrated approach to acquisitions and other growth initiatives.

In his new position, Brown will lead UTC’s business development and strategy organization and will be responsible for executing acquisition activities and driving cross-business unit organic growth strategies, including expansion of UTC’s capabilities in emerging markets and overseeing UTC’s integrated building solutions initiative.

Under Brown’s leadership, UTC Fire & Security completed more than 40 acquisitions to improve product offerings and expand the company’s geographic reach, culminating in the 2010 acquisition of GE Security. Since Brown became its president in 2006, UTC Fire & Security grew sales from US$4.2 billion to $6.5 billion while tripling operating profits and becoming a global leader in the fire safety and electronic security markets.

Alicia Scheffler, Director of Organizational Development & Training

Protection 1 has appointed Alicia Scheffler as Director of Organizational Development & Training. Scheffler will be joining the Protection 1 team in the National Account Center in Irving, Texas.

Scheffler comes to Protection 1 with 15 years of experience in developing and managing extensive training programs for such companies as Academic Partnerships, Training Design & Development, Dickey’s Barbecue Restaurant, ASI-Modulex, and Safeguard Business Systems.

“Scheffler has a wealth of experience in leadership development, designing, developing and delivering training and has authored more than 500 training courses throughout her career,” said Betsy Scott, VP of Human Resources. “Some of Scheffler’s favorite training topics include sales, sales management, customer service, project management, strategic leadership, business/operations management training and employee development.
