IQinVision Sets Up Five-Year Warranty Program

IQinVision, a provider of HD megapixel network cameras, announced a new product warranty program.

IQinVision has established a standard five-year “bumper-to-bumper” warranty on the mini dome camera line and a three-year warranty on all other IQeye cameras. Unlike other manufacturers in the industry, IQinVision's warranty covers all moving parts, sensors, filters, fans, motors, lens assemblies, shrouds and slip rings.

IQinVision ensures consistent camera quality by superior engineering, design, and the thorough testing of each and every camera, onsite at their San Juan Capistrano, California headquarters. As a result, IQinVision boasts a 0.7-percent return rate and an unprecedented 0-percent out-of-box failure rate on their cameras since shipping commenced April 2009.
