Geutebruck established a new African subsidiary, Geutebruck Southern Africa based in Meyersdal near Johannesburg in South Africa. Managed by Charles Volschenk, who has returned to his native land after a spell as Geutebruck's International SD, this is now the sales office for sub-Saharan Africa and will provide technical support for local partners across the region.

Geutebruck currently has three integration partners in the region: Multivid, a partner for several decades, as well as new partners, Omega Risk Solutions and Siemens SA. They have a wide range of corporate clients including amongst others mines, banks, energy companies and city surveillance centers. It is planned in due course to expand further with only two more South African partners, of which one will come from the IT stable. Meanwhile, Geutebruck Southern Africa is also seeking system integrator partners for Namibia, Botswana and Zambia with other countries to follow.
