ADS Security Acquires Systems Unlimited

ADS Security (ADS) acquired Systems Unlimited of Jackson, Tennessee, establishing the 15th branch for the regional security company and its fourth market entry in Tennessee.

With locations in five states across the Southeast, the Systems Unlimited acquisition marks ADS’ furthest expansion west, bringing continuity of coverage to their western Tennessee service areas. “We are excited to be expanding our presence in the state that is our home base,” said John Cerasuolo, President and COO, ADS.

The transition to the ADS brand will not only provide security technologies to Systems Unlimited customers, but also provide them with access to ADS’ customer service.
