Kingdom Security acquired Southern-based company Alamo Security. The acquisition includes more than US$7 million turnover, approximately 7,000 guarding hours and a large volume of mobile patrols, key holding and remote surveillance monitoring service provisions in London and the Southeast plus the retention of a London office and a management support team.

The current customer portfolio and security staff will integrate into the Kingdom portfolio and the acquisition is in line with the Kingdom strategy to compliment excellent organic growth with selective national acquisitions.

"We take great care and time to find companies and people that match the Kingdom ethos and the Alamo acquisition is another excellent ‘fit’ for Kingdom and further strengthens our national ability to service customers,” said Terry Barton, MD of Kingdom.
