ComCam International announced its acquisition of Pinnacle Integrated Systems, a security systems integrator focusing on correctional facilities throughout the United States.
"This acquisition makes us a premiere systems integration company with reach into correctional facilities markets, government channels and sea ports with proprietary products, patents and strong combined management," said Don Gilbreath, Chairman for ComCam.
ComCam is working on returning to full compliance with all SEC reporting requirements and will make application to move quotation of its common stock to the Over the Counter Bulletin Board as soon as is practicable.
ComCam develops network video command-and-control products, and provides solutions and technical services to U.S. government agencies, Fortune 500 companies, research facilities, original equipment manufacturers, systems integrators and dealers.
