IMS Research Ranks Aimetis Among Top 10 Video Management Software Providers

Aimetis, a provider in network video surveillance software, was ranked 7th for revenue among software-only vendors of open platform network video management software in the U.S. in 2008. The ranking was part of the IMS Research Report "The Americas Market for CCTV and Video Surveillance Equipment — 2009 Edition."


"IMS Research estimates the US market for network video surveillance equipment will grow to almost US$2 billion by 2013 and network video management software is projected to be a significant segment of the market," said Gary Wong, a research analyst from IMS Research.
