The Department of Cardiology at Children's Hospital Boston has selected Delfigo Security's DSGateway to help ensure secure access to its newly developed clinical care system.
After considering several authentication alternatives, the department selected DSGateway as it required no external hardware or software and uses multiple factors including biometrics to validate users accessing the system and enables traceability for HIPAA compliance.
The Department of Cardiology at Children's Hospital is among the first healthcare customer to select the Delfigo DSGateway solution.

Dr. Lock said that the hospital expects its next-generation clinical care solution will provide considerably improved patient management, and should reduce healthcare costs by consolidating processes and workflows across multiple locations.
