Netwatch, a global leader in proactive video monitoring and AI-enabled security services, today announced the appointment of LaShonda Tenner as Senior Human Resources Business Partner for North America.
LaShonda will lead people and culture strategies to support Netwatch’s ongoing expansion in North America. She will focus on talent recruitment and development, employee engagement, workforce planning, and strengthening company culture.
She brings more than 12 years of human resources leadership experience across security, facilities services, manufacturing, and business services. Most recently, she served as Human Resources Director at Allied Universal, supporting one of the industry’s largest workforces. She has also held leadership roles at DS Smith, SecurAmerica, and ABM Industries, with expertise in employee relations, succession planning, recruitment, and retention.
