The latest Gallagher Security Command Centre v9.50 release is designed to help organizations achieve more with their security investment.

Headlining the release is the full integration of AccessNow, Gallagher Security’s cloud-native platform that automates the entire access and credential request process from request through to approval and provisioning.

Josh Arnold, Chief Product Officer, says at many organizations today, granting access remains a largely manual process, with requests handled via email, and approvals often delayed or lost.

“AccessNow transforms this experience by enabling users to submit requests from any device, automatically routing approvals to the right people, and provisioning access directly within Command Centre once approved,” explains Josh.

“At its core, AccessNow removes friction by enabling configurable workflows. Security teams can define and tailor automation to handle the full range of access requests they receive.”

Command Centre v9.50 also introduces a range of new capabilities that streamline processes, improve accessibility, and unlock greater insight from security systems – enabling organizations to operate more efficiently while strengthening protection.

The release reflects Gallagher’s ongoing commitment to practical innovation that delivers real operational value.

“A new PIN Exemption feature is introduced, providing a flexible accessibility option. This allows organizations to exempt individuals from PIN entry requirements in card + PIN secured areas, supporting both temporary and permanent accessibility needs without compromising broader security settings,” says Josh.

Further expanding biometric capabilities, Command Centre v9.50 now supports the VisionPass SP Fingerscan Module. By combining facial recognition and fingerprint scanning within a single device, the solution provides flexible authentication options that can operate independently or together, ensuring reliable access in a wide range of conditions.

In addition, the Command Centre release strengthens integration and data capabilities, with a new Reporting Dataset enabling Command Centre to connect with third-party analytics platforms including Power BI, Tableau, and Excel. This allows organizations to extract greater value from their security data by combining it with broader business intelligence tools.

“Command Centre v9.50 is another step forward in the value security solutions deliver,” says Josh.
“Security teams are under increasing pressure to do more with less, while managing growing complexity.

“This release reiterates Gallagher’s commitment to automating the manual, improving accessibility for all users, and giving organizations the insights they need to make smarter decisions faster.”
