ZKTeco today announced that it has signed an agreement with Longzhiyuan Technology (Longzy), for the acquisition of its 55% shares, with the purchasing price of RMB 416 million. Longzy has established itself as a key player in the smart outdoor market, focusing on the development of audio-visual and optical equipment. The company specializes in high-potential segments such as hunting tracking and golf rangefinding, leveraging technology to empower outdoor experiences. With a comprehensive capability in ID design, software and hardware development, and intelligent manufacturing, Longzy provides high-quality ODM services to multiple outdoor brands and has successfully differentiated itself in the North American outdoor equipment market.
The integration of Longzy into ZKTeco’s ecosystem is more than a mere business expansion; it represents a deep synergy in three critical areas: technology, market reach, and supply chain collaboration. This strategic move aims to create a closed-loop ecosystem within the smart outdoor industry.
