Verkada has secured an additional $100M in capital for their Series D fundraise. This funding was led by Alkeon Capital, with additional investment from Lightspeed Venture Partners and others, bringing the total capital raised in the round to $305M.
This fresh infusion of capital will further support their ambitious expansion plans as it continues to enhance its current offering and develop new products and features with a growing global team.
Being approached by investors Alkeon and Lightspeed to join their Series D is further validation that their 20,000 customers love what they're building. Whether it's enabling retailers like Canada Goose to reduce operational inefficiencies or schools like Durham College to establish dynamic emergency response plans, Verkada's integrated platform is more important and needed than ever.
