secutech 2015: LILIN rolls out new products for various sectors and countries

LILIN, Taiwan based IP video manufacturer attended secutech Taipei 2015 last week, where the company presented their complete product line, including their latest IR IP PTZ camera. Chris Hsu, Global Marketing Manager of LILIN sat down with a&s to discuss how LILIN’s solutions differentiate across various sectors and markets.

For example, in the banking sector, most companies use analog cameras, with resolutions of 720p. “Now we have a new product called the covert camera, that features 1080p, and the lens and camera can be separated, with the cable up to 6 meters long,” Hsu explained. Example, it is difficult to install a camera in an ATM, so for instances like this, being able to separate the lens with the camera would make the installation more convenient.

For China, LILIN has rolled out a series of products targeted for cost effectiveness with basic solutions, fulfilling market and customer demands. One of the challenges LILIN discussed when first entering the market in China is the need to integrate with the numerous local players in China that have their own software in order to work on government projects.
