BCDA sets rebidding of SCTEx service area, Philippines

The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) is rebidding the lease and development of a 2-hectare service area along the Subic Clark Tarlac Expressway (SCTEx).

BCDA said it wants the two-hectare portion of the Macangcung service area located at Brgy. Santiago, Concepcion in Tarlac to be developed into a gas station with other amenities.

The property would be leased for 25 years and renewable for another 25 years.

The minimum starting annual fixed lease for the property which will apply on the 5th year of the lease is at $78 thousand, inclusive of value-added tax and subject to an annual escalation of 5%.
The BCDA has set the first 4 years of the lease to be a rent-free period.

Interested bidders may purchase the Terms of Reference (TOR) for the property at the BCDA Corporate Center located in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) until March 7.
