Japanese Embassy in Myanmar has provided $16.8 million for the physical development of health, road, bridge in Myanmar.
Myanmar Ministry of National Planning and Economic Development and Japanese Embassy have signed two agreements.
The two agreements will grant Japan's aid $9.5 million for betterment of medical equipment at general hospitals in Yangon and $7.3 million yen for machinery installation to construct and maintain roads and bridges in Myanmar's western Rakhine state.
