Ayla Networks, a global leader in IoT platform-as-a-service (PaaS), announced its achievement in Amazon Web Services (AWS) IoT Competency status. This designation recognizes Ayla for delivery of effective solutions that help manufacturers, retailers and service providers implement IoT solutions for a variety of user cases, including connected home, connected business, and consumer electronics.

Achieving AWS IoT Competency status differentiates Ayla as an AWS Partner Network (APN) Partner that has demonstrated relevant technical proficiency and proven customer success, delivering solutions seamlessly on AWS. Running the Ayla IoT platform on AWS means that Ayla customers have access to all the AWS capabilities of high availability, strong security and trusted brand reputation—no matter where in the world they operate.

“Attaining AWS IoT Competency status represents a further deepening of our relationship with AWS,” said David Friedman, CEO and co-founder of Ayla Networks. “Organizations designing and deploying connected solutions built on the Ayla IoT platform can leverage the agility, security and availability of AWS to help them achieve business success in the growing IoT markets.”

AWS is enabling flexible solutions for organizations ranging from startups to global enterprises. To support the seamless integration and deployment of these solutions, AWS established the AWS Competency Program to help organizations identify Consulting and Technology APN Partners with deep industry experience and expertise.
