At SMAhome Expo 2015, BSI presents several smart door locks, designed for homes and offices, supporting multiple access methods such as pin code, mechanical key, card and fingerprint. All its manufacture is based in Taiwan.

R8 comes in a variety of colors and supports three access methods: pin code, mechanical key, and RFID card.

R9C-ZIGBEE is ZigBee-enabled and supports two access methods: card and mechanical key. Up to 300 access records can be stored in the system. The advantage of the system is that it offers centralized remote control for users so that they can add/delete accounts as well as monitor/control the door status in real-time without going to the door locks. This is particularly advantageous when users have multiple locks to manage.

R9C-NFC is NFC-enabled and supports four access methods: card, pin code, mechanical key, and NFC. Users can open the door with a NFC-enabled smartphone, and manage accounts via the mobile app or the web portal — iCloud. Push notifications are sent to the manager when the door is unlocked.

Other door locks on display include FR8, FR9C-PHS and R9C-Home.

The company also presents prototypes of an intelligent gateway and a light switch at the booth.
