The attention of companies and professionals is now focused on the new privacy regulation; in fact, within May 25th 2018, they will all have to be in line with the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Three extremely important days of congresses and workshops in the framework of Sicurezza 2017 (15-17 November 2017) were organized at the Stand “W la privacy” by Ethos Media Group to get prepared for the new European Regulation that will bring significant changes for Public Administration, companies and professionals from the security sector and beyond.
"Video surveillance and privacy: what is changing and what should we do?" was the title of the first day of conference also dealing with cybersecurity. On Nov. 16th, Federprivacy discussed the new privacy norms on occasion of the conference "GDPR, The new EU regulation on Data Protection."
On Nov. 17th with an open workshop hosted the most prominent privacy experts that answered questions from the audience. And to conclude, Secsolution Security Awards 2017 an awarding ceremony for 30 companies that have achieved the best performance on secsolution.com, the Italian Web portal for security professionals.
