Within the framework of an Energy Performance Contract,
Bosch will enhance the energy efficiency of 50 DIY stores belonging to the Bricocenter retail chain in Italy over the coming few years. The company will be implementing a range of optimization measures to sustainably reduce energy consumption at the various individual buildings.
The Bosch experts will provide all the necessary services for energy and cost optimization, including engineering and implementation, as well as operation and maintenance of the technical facilities. The focus will be on the modernization and replacement of energy systems, lighting, air conditioning as well as installation of a building automation system. Within the scope of the Energy Performance Contract, Bosch will finance all the initiatives and assume responsibility for the implementation of energy-saving measures and the reduction of CO2 emissions.
