Symmetry CompleteView ViewPoint works in conjunction with
AMAG’s Symmetry CompleteView Video Management System to stream a targeted computer’s desktop or attached webcam as a video feed. Up to eight desktops or webcams may be streamed from a single PC. Symmetry CompleteView treats the streams as it would any physical IP camera, allowing for live viewing, playback, PTZ control, and all other functionality associated with a camera connected to Symmetry CompleteView.

It will auto-detect all monitor displays and web cameras connected to the Windows computer. It lists available audio source devices connected to the computer which optionally can be enabled and associated with monitor display feeds. Symmetry CompleteView ViewPoint appears on the target computer in the system tray as a password protected application, ensuring privacy.
Symmetry CompleteView ViewPoint can monitor desktop display activity on computers running Symmetry Access Control, often in Security Operations Centers or control room environments. Capturing the operator’s display monitor output and other activity provides insights to incidents and how they were handled. Managers can see exactly what the operator saw and assess situations.
Management can monitor an operator on the job to ensure they are following protocols and procedures. The webcam and audio support provide further information into possible recordings and sound accompanied incidents.
Symmetry CompleteView ViewPoint can be used as a training tool for new security operators. Managers can monitor their activity and choices to see if they are understanding their job. Immediate feedback can be provided based on real evidence supported by ViewPoint.
Symmetry CompleteView ViewPoint integrates with Symmetry CompleteView Video Management system 4.7.3 and higher. Symmetry CompleteView ViewPoint is only available for use with Trial, Pro, and Enterprise editions of Symmetry CompleteView VMS. It is licensed and sold on a per computer basis, but comes automatically with Symmetry CompleteView GuardStation Dual and Quad monitor client workstations.
